To mark the move into the new Tours Duo designed by Jean Nouvel, Groupe BPCE wanted to celebrate a key milestone in its transformation and bring its teams together around a shared corporate project.

Challenge
How do you materialise a moment of transformation, often experienced as abstract, and bring together employees from diverse entities around a strong collective project, built to last?


Solution
We designed an editorial art book tracing this new chapter in the group's history. Conceived as a symbolic object rather than a communication tool, it combines corporate storytelling, art direction and refined layout, an artefact that every employee can make their own and keep.
Corporate storytelling : A narrative rooted in the group's history to give meaning to the transformation and embody the coming together of the collective.
Premium art direction : A graphic and editorial object worthy of the Tours Duo, designed to endure well beyond the launch moment.
Editorial design : Writing, narrative structure and layout orchestrated as a true art book, far removed from standard corporate codes.
Internal communication strategy : Distributed to every employee to anchor a sense of belonging and durably mark the collective milestone.
