To celebrate the end of the year, Cité Gestion wanted to organise an exclusive evening bringing together its guests in a world that was both elegant and spectacular.

Challenge
How do you design a year-end evening for 150 guests in a prestigious setting, creating a memorable and coherent experience from start to finish, without falling into the traps of a standardised format?

Solution
We conceived Gold Glam as a multi-act event narrative: a staged welcome by costumed hostesses, an exclusive live painting by Boris Normand, dinner under an illuminated crystal tent, a performance by Solange Cardinali (as seen on America's Got Talent), a bespoke film by Les Vincent, followed by an after party with DJ, signature cocktails and an AI photobooth.
Event narrative : An evening built as a multi-act story, each sequence designed to intensify emotion and maintain the coherence of the experience.
Bespoke artistic programme : Live painting, magic, exclusive film and DJ sets, a selection of artists and formats designed to surprise and leave a lasting impression.
Scenography & technical production : An illuminated crystal tent, immersive light design and full technical production to create a setting worthy of the brand's exacting standards.
End-to-end guest experience : Staged welcome, cocktail reception, seated dinner, show and after party, every touchpoint coordinated for a seamless, uninterrupted experience.
