Challenge

How do you demonstrate to Generation Z that Givaudan is the reference house for fragrance creation and make visible a technical expertise often unknown to the general public, without falling into the codes of traditional corporate communication?

Solution

We created Guardians of Memories, an immersive Roblox experience combining narrative, exploration and education. Players journey through the stages of fragrance creation via missions and environments inspired by the work of perfumers, transforming complex expertise into an accessible and authentic adventure.

Our approach was structured around four key pillars:

Game design & immersive narrative : A unique Roblox experience built around the behind-the-scenes of perfumery, with missions, environments and progression to drive lasting engagement.

Learning through play : Each stage of the journey reveals an aspect of the perfumer's craft, making technical expertise accessible without ever sacrificing enjoyment.

Influence strategy & earned media : Activation of Gen Z communities via influencers and creators to amplify the organic reach of the experience.

Impact measurement & media ROI : Rigorous performance tracking to demonstrate the value of the investment and qualify the real impact on brand perception.
