Challenge

How do you bring visibility to the research and field actions of an institutional player whose role is central but little known, by building an editorial presence that people actually want to read?

Solution

We deployed a complete ecosystem: logo and brand guidelines redesign (2025), annual reports and apprenticeship reviews (2024, 2025, 2026), institutional communication kit, the Demains - Les Cahiers d'Opco EP magazine, and a proprietary photo library built in the field. Each tool serves both internal needs and the organisation's external credibility.

Our approach was structured around four key pillars:

Visual identity : Full redesign of the logo and brand guidelines to give Opco EP a coherent, modern and credible institutional image.

Editorial design : Annual reports, apprenticeship reviews and the Demains magazine: publications designed to be read, drawing on both internal and external expertise, field testimonials and real-life stories.

Proprietary photo library : Photo reports across 43 sites and companies throughout France and its overseas territories, bringing communication to life with concrete, authentic and diverse realities.

Communication tools : Institutional kits designed to equip internal teams and ensure consistent messaging at every touchpoint.
