At Mantu Agency, professional equality between women and men is a strong conviction and a concrete commitment.

As every year, and in accordance with the requirements of the Law on the Freedom to Choose One's Professional Future, we are publishing our Gender Equality Index.

Our 2025 score: 98/100

How does the Gender Equality Index work?

Implemented by the Ministry of Labor, this indicator measures the gaps between women and men across several criteria:

  • Pay gaps
  • Gaps in individual salary increases
  • Promotion gaps (depending on company size)
  • Salary increases upon return from maternity leave
  • Parity among the highest earners

The objective is clear: to identify areas of concern and encourage companies to implement concrete actions.

What Our Result Reveals

Our result demonstrates the robustness of our practices. It confirms that our compensation and HR policies foster an equitable dynamic.

Achieving 98/100 is not an end in itself, but the recognition of a collective and structured effort. We remain fully committed to continuing our efforts and maintaining this level of excellence over time.

Beyond the Index: A Lasting Commitment

The Index is a measurement tool. However, professional equality is not limited to a regulatory obligation.

Our commitment is long-term and demonstrated through:

  • Fair recruitment processes
  • Support for career development and internal mobility
  • Measures promoting work-life balance

We are convinced that diversity and inclusion contribute to a more innovative, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

What's next?

Achieving professional equality is an ongoing effort. Each year, we analyze our results, adjust our practices, and strengthen our actions.

Because progressing together is the best way to build a more equitable future.
