The project in detail

Challenge

How do you position SCOR as a top employer among highly demanding profiles, in a complex and unattractive sector, across international markets with different cultural codes, while strengthening employee engagement and pride internally?

Solution

We created an employer brand platform and communication campaign that showcase SCOR's professions in a new light, at the heart of the world's transformation, highlighting the impact employees can have on society. The creative concept: a scoring system celebrating employees' concrete victories against contemporary risks: Gordon: 100 / Hackers: 0. Yun: 39 / Climate Change: 0. The 360° device (digital, OOH, metro advertising, job boards) was deployed across 35 countries, with 40+ employees involved and a SCOR Voices ambassador programme to multiply impact.

Our approach was structured around four key pillars:

Brand platform : Make your mark. Act for Society. A creative territory rooted in the real-world impact of experts, making an unknown profession desirable.

Scoring system : A bold creative concept celebrating employees' concrete victories against climate, cyber, health and financial risks.

International 360° device : Digital, OOH, metro advertising and job boards deployed in France and adapted for 35 countries, with 40+ employees in the spotlight.

Ambassador programme : SCOR Voices involves 40+ employees to multiply impact internally and externally, and embed the employer brand over time.
